É também uma cidade metropolitana onde você pode encontrar pessoas de todos os lugares o tempo todo, especialmente nos arredores da Avenida Paulista, uma área de muitos negócios. É ali que moramos inclusive.

Sao Paulo is our home city and one of our favorites in the world! It’s a city which never sleeps! You can find almost everything 24/7 and this is exactly what we love the most about SP. It’s also a metropolitan city where you can find people from everywhere all the time, especially on Paulista Avenue surroundings, a very business area. It’s where we live by the way.

O Grand Hyatt Sao Paulo é um dos hotéis mais luxuosos da capital paulista. Já nos hospedamos lá 3 vezes e sempre fomos muito bem-vindos!

The Grand Hyatt is one of the most luxurious hotels in Sao Paulo city. We’ve stayed there for 3 times already and we’re always very welcomed!

Onde ficar na capital paulista – Grand Hyatt Sao Paulo / Where to stay in Sao Paulo – Grand Hyatt

Localização: os arredores da Av. Paulista não é o único centro de negócios da nossa cidade. Situado no Brooklin, o hotel serve para pessoas que vão visitar os bairros do Morumbi, Itaim Bibi, Vila Olímpia, Moema e muitos outros. Estes são outros centros de negócios da nossa cidade. Mesmo que você tenha negócios para lidar na Av. Paulista, o Grand Hyatt dá certo para você, já que normalmente leva cerca de 30 minutos para chegar lá do hotel de táxi. Dependendo do trânsito, é claro.

Location: Paulista Ave surroundings are not the only business centre of our city. Situated in Brooklin, the hotel works for people who are going to visit the neighbourhoods of Morumbi, Itaim Bibi, Vila Olímpia, Moema and many others. These are other business centres of our city. Even if you have business to deal with on Paulista Ave, Grand Hyatt suits you as well as it usually takes about 30 minutes for getting there from the hotel by taxi. Depending on the traffic of course.

Qualidade do sono: ah fala sério! É um hotel de 5 estrelas… você pode esperar bastante conforto e sem barulho. Eu prometo que você vai dormir como um bebê!

Sleep quality: oh c’mon! It’s a 5 star hotel… you can expect enough comfort and no noise at all. I promise you’re going to sleep like a baby!

O quarto: muito espaçoso como você pode ver e a vista é espetacular! Você pode pensar: “Como isso é possível? Eu só vejo grandes edifícios e mais nada! Nada de especial…”. Bom, eu vou ter que discordar porque isso é exatamente o que reflete a atmosfera da nossa cidade. São Paulo é uma cidade de negócios então o que mais esperar? Para mim, a vista é fantástica! ❤️

The room: very spacious as you can see and the view is spectacular! You might think: “How is that possible? I can see only big buildings and that’s it! Nothing special…”. Well, I’ll have to disagree because this is exactly what reflects our city’s environment. Sao Paulo is a business city so what else to expect? For me, the view is fantastic! ❤️

A ponte que você vê através da janela é a ponte Octavio Frias de Oliveira, mais conhecida como “Ponte Estaiada”. Inaugurada em maio de 2008, é uma ponte estaiada sobre o Rio Pinheiros. Conecta a Marginal Pinheiros à Avenida Jornalista Roberto Marinho na área sul da cidade. A ponte tem 138 metros de altura e é um dos marcos de São Paulo.

The bridge you can see through the window is the Octavio Frias de Oliveira bridge, known among locals as “Ponte Estaiada”. Opened in May 2008, is a cable-stayed bridge over the Pinheiros river. It connects Marginal Pinheiros to Jornalista Roberto Marinho Avenue in the south area of the city. The bridge is 138 metres (453 ft) tall and one of the landmarks of Sao Paulo.

Voltando aos comentários do quarto… a cama é tão confortável que não conseguimos curtir o suficiente! Com certeza eu poderia passar o dia todo trabalhando nesta cama! 😛 E o banheiro é uma das minhas partes favoritas do quarto, porque é grande e tem tudo o que poderíamos esperar, como secador de cabelo, um grande espelho, banheira confortável, excelente espaço para tomar banho, armário com cabides suficientes, ferro e tábua de passar , cofre, etc. E o banheiro está cheio de maravilhosos amenities da marca brasileira Granado que eu tanto amo! Eles inclusive têm uma loja no lobby.

Getting back to the room comments… the bed is so comfy that we couldn’t get enough of it! I could certainly spend all my day working on this bed! 😛 And the bathroom is one of my favorite parts of the room because it’s big and has everything we could expect such as hair dryer, a big mirror, comfortable bathtub, great space for taking a shower, wardrobe with enough hangers, iron and ironing board, safe box, etc. The bathroom is full of nice amenities of the Brazilian brand Granado, which I love their products! They have a store on the lobby by the way.

Eu já mencionei em outros reviews de hotéis que eu adoro ter uma mesa legal para trabalhar e no Grand Hyatt eu não poderia esperar menos do que este ótimo espaço, o que torna o meu trabalho muito mais fácil… trabalhando duro, mas me sentindo muito confortável e com essa vista deslumbrante! Sou abençoada!

I already mentioned on other hotel reviews that I love having a nice desk for working and at Grand Hyatt I couldn’t expect less than this great space which makes my job much easier… working hard but feeling very comfortable and with this gorgeous view! I’m blessed!

Serviço: os funcionários são, de fato, muito educada e prestativos. Sempre com um belo sorriso e muito gentis! O café da manhã é maravilhoso! São tantas opções… Se você verificar os comentários no TripAdvisor, você vai ver que todos adoram o café da manhã! 🙂 O hotel tem uma cozinha premiada que oferece duas opções de cardápio, dois bares, uma adega e um serviço de quarto 24 horas.

Service: the staff is certainly very polite and handful. Always with a nice smile and very gentle! The breakfast is a gorgeous! So many options… If you check their reviews on TripAdvisor you’ll see everybody loves their breakfast! 🙂 The hotel has an award-winning cuisine offering two dining options, two bars, a wine cellar and a 24-hour room service.

São 466 quartos e suites de luxo, piscina coberta, dois salões de festas… O hotel é pet friendly com comodidades especiais e você pode contar com uma academia 24 horas, concierge, o famoso Amanary Spa, estacionamento com ofertas especiais para fim de semana, salas de conferência e enormes espaços para eventos, se você precisa de algo assim. Eu e o Victor costumamos participar de um evento anual chamado ICEF. É para escolas e agências estrangeiras. O evento é enorme e os locais do hotel são perfeitos para isso! Você também pode planejar os casamentos mais luxuosos lá!

There are 466 luxury rooms & suites, indoor swimming pool, two ballrooms… The hotel is pet friendly with special amenities and you can count on a 24-hour fitness center, concierge, the famous Amanary Spa, parking with special offers for weekend, conference rooms and huge event venues if you need such thing. Victor and I use to attend an annual event there called ICEF. It’s for foreign schools and agencies. The event is massive and the hotel venues are perfect for that! You can also plan the most luxurious weddings there!

Limpeza: limpíssimo, claro! Para um hotel de 5 estrelas, não poderíamos esperar menos!

Cleanliness: the cleanest, of course! For a 5-star hotel we couldn’t expect less!

Ambiente: muito profissional. A maioria dos hóspedes está lá por motivos comerciais. O bom é que todos no hotel, dos hóspedes aos funcionários, são muito educados, o que é uma qualidade que todos apreciam, certo?

Atmosphere: very professional. Most of the guests are there for business reasons. The good thing is that everyone at the hotel, from guests to staff, is very polite, which is a quality that everybody appreciates, right?

Diferenciais: conforto e vistas privilegiadas da capital de São Paulo, excelentes serviços de hospitalidade, quartos sofisticados, acomodações confortáveis, janelas amplas e vistas deslumbrantes sobre a emblemática Ponte Estaiada, panorama urbano e a magnífica Marginal Pinheiros… Estes são apenas alguns dos motivos pelos quais você deve reservar um quarto no Grand Hyatt Sao Paulo na próxima vez que visitar a minha amada cidade.
